Tip:

I hope he has read lots of history with respect to that area before he sends in any ground troops. Supplying any kind of lengthy stay will become a nightmare

I suspect that the pressure already in place is going to flush out at least the "prime suspect".

Any kind of military action will likely kick-start a rally.
