I don't think bearmarkets are about compression to the mean. They are about going far below. If you think the mean for MSFT is $50, then we have only just started below the mean, with MSFT at 48.55 rite now in pre market. But yeah, 1300 might be about it for this move. But don't get thinking that any bounce is the new bull starting, cos the new bull hasn't been conceived yet. In fact, I don't think it's parents have even met.
