No crash helmets. I might wait a few minutes, but I'm buying. I'm buying with every penny. It's not false bravado, nor stepping up to repudiate a terrorist. Why would or should I care what a murderer thinks? I'm buying because I know the companies, even by low historical valuations, are worth more than the prices their stocks sell at today. I'm buying because I believe in them. And I'm buying because I'm not afraid to put every spare cent I have on the bet that the market is strong enough to outlast this, no questions asked. If I'm wrong, so be it. I'll get by. I'd rather lose every penny standing up for a market and country that have carved out a rich and well-deserved niche in the world than putting my money anywhere else in the world. It's still the easiest and safest bet a guy could make.
