DrBob512: We have had tic > 1,000 for 5 days in a row and VIX in 52 week high 57 and VXN 92 a little shy of 52 week high of 99. If this is not capitulation, what is it? All the conventional indicators do not appear to work in this uncharted territory. I have never been so scared now because it appears the market can't arrest this free fall and there is no bottom.
