asked a police cruiser duo about city water supply

this was during a lunch break walk in the park
my question:
"with all that is happening in NewYorkCity and all, I was wondering if the city has any security for the water supply... Highland Park seems never to have anyone posted at the reservoir... it would be so easy"

reply:
"that is a good question... I dont know of any security there"

and the Mother of All Poison Despots Saddam is known to have ample supply of both biological and chemical weapons

I expect we will guard them AFTER they are infiltrated
