NEXTWAVE DEAL!

If the Nextwave deals goes forward as speculated.. C Block Licenses are returned to the winning bidders and D,E, and F Block spectrum maintained by NextWave.. Then it appears that LWIN would get back all of their spectrum they won in the Auction. Since, all of the spectrum Leap Bid on was in the C Block.
That leaves Nextwave with only 2 LWIN overlap markets:
Atlanta
Atlantic City
Chicago
Colombia SC
Corpus Christi
Dallas
Daytona Beach
Detroit
Dover, DL
El Centor, CA
Greenville, SC
Harrisburg, PA
Janesville, WI
Kankakee, iL
Lancaster, PA
Las Vegas, NV
Madison, WI
Milwaukee, WI
Ocala, FL
Phildelphia, PA
Pittsfield, MA
Provo, UT (Overalp)
Reading, PA
Sacramento, CA
Salisbury. MD
Salt Lake City, UT (Overlap)
San Francisco, CA
Springfield, MO
St. Louis, MO
Tulas, OK
Tyler, TX
York, PA

In addition.. Since Salt Lake City and Provo were both "F Block" (10Mhz). Then Nextwave keeps these 2 markets.. Cingular still pays Leap 150 million for one of the 15 Mhz pair C Block in SLC and Provo.. And LWIN gets 22 "C Block" 30 Mhz (15Mhz paired spectrum) for 200 Million bucks in cities like San Antonio, Houston, Jacksonville. Do another deal like SLC.. And you get the spectrum for FREE!!!
