That's an argument that has some proponents, I will grant you that.

However, as far as I am aware they confined their activities to their own country and was used in their fight for independence.

I am unaware of them exporting that way of war to other countries, but what does all of that matter anyway, now?

It happened 50 years ago, there's no way to change it, and it doesn't have any application to "todays" events.

IMO saying or even suggesting that they do have a relationship, and so that makes it okay for others to do it, just doesn't hold water.

Maybe for you it does, but not for me.

150 years ago the KKK hung black people just because it was "Saturday Night", but if black people starting hanging white people, or any other colored people, I would be one the first ones to say..."This has got to stop, and it's gotta stop now".

IMO you aren't thinking properly.
