flap, I'm afraid I got to change my position on unions. Seems my younger brother worked for a company for over 15 years...moved up on a steady basis and glowing reviews for his work. There were two people in his plant that did the same job that involved them filing a report each day over the aircraft engines they inspected. Well, two weeks ago both of them turned in their reports UNSIGNED. Well, just so happened that my brother got a letter in the mail the next day informed him that he had been fired for not signing his report....after 15 years. His counterpart who had been there less time and didn't signed his inspection report is still working. BUT there was also something that one had done and the other one hadn't....the other guy hadn't voted for the UNION contract the week before...my brother did!
