AMAT, NVLS, KLAC,ASML 5 to 10 years. ALTR, XLNX, LLTC, MXIM 20 years. Current chip fabication technology will be running up against the limits of physics 10 years from now. I believe the changes necessary to support Moore's Law will be made, but corporate leadership could be changed.
