How does this gell with your numbers? Something's wrong here. That doesn't gel at all. I am looking at the 2nd fiscal quarter 10-Q (July 31, 2001) filing at www.sec.gov. It was filed on 9/14/01. The restructuring charge decimated book value and it is now $5.27 by my calculation. I have emailed WIND IR with questions regarding the convertible maturity. I will post if and when I get an answer. JS
