Insiders own over 40%.... Need I say any more.

Mr Lu the president made a killing. In addition he is going to be

on board of directors of Gateway.

Weames who also owns lots of shares will come out with a lot of money

and will probably handle the distributing of Gateway ALR in the

Far east. Thats enough incentive to give Gateway a bargain. The

potential for Weames is enourmous. They all made out like bandits

and we got what we deserved.
