Then why do you want it in advance of the news release? I'm looking into exact wording for insider trading rules but for now my answer is that the reality of the world in that many people outside of AMAT DO now in advance this information so if it is made known to employees the public (i.e., we on this thread) should know the moment a memo is released. I'm not naive I know this gets to people outside the company almost immediately. just want more level info. playing field. AS GG said if you’re not on the inside, you're on the outside. Do I get all my market acumen from Oliver Stone movies? Heck why not, better than heretofore. RO
