Claude: It seems like a lay up to me.
October options will give you plenty of room to manuver as FSCX moves. I believe you will be able to sell the Oct. 10 puts shortly, then sell the 12 1/2's, and so on as the stock moves forward. The trick in selling naked puts is that you should never sell more than the amount of stock you were going to normaly buy anyway. The biggest mistake I've ever seen is when someone starts thinking that they have a dollar amount in mind and not a share amount in mind when they make a transaction such as this.
