Before monday I heard so much of how bad shorts are and read articles which encouraged folks to buy to show patriotism. Yes...one article referred to it as the "Penultimate Pump and Dump" perpetrated by Wall Street and the Talking Heads... The part of the "Short Bashers" argument that bothered me so much...was the claim that shorters were being greedy... To me...Longs that were demanding a rally...were being self-deceptive and greedy...by insisting on driving a market higher based on non-existent earnings and overvaluation. I just don't see the patriotism in that. Thank you for your thoughtful post...and i hope we see more of you over here!
