It would be sweet to get Bin Laden, but I suspect that would be too difficult of a goal for initial actions. What is more practical is taking out some pre-positioned terrorist training camps, if we can find any that are still occupied. To do this we need a worldwide coalition. I suspect that many nations that spoke against us before 9/11 are now rethinking their position, that we have been pushed too far, and we still have the world's strongest military, and any destabilization of the West would have dire consequences for the world, and result in their own economic, military, and physical destruction. I already see that Sudan has turned over Bin Laden operatives, that China and Russia are voicing agreement with our goals, and even that proto-terrorist, Arafat, is giving blood and crying crocodile tears. Stay tuned...
