Thanks for sharing that there may be more than one reason for insider sales. I think an investor/trader must account for all of the possibilities when trying to determine the reason(s) for insider selling.

I agree with your statement that if the news concerning the Kodak/Motorola development was going to be bad for business then more insiders would be selling and more shares would be sold by those selling,

Regarding Friday's trading and close at 7 1/2, I like the movement (+ 7/16); however, the volume was light (about 39,000 shares - I think) so the trend may not continue.
