I really liked the unambiguous statement "you are either with us or with the terrorists". I must have been in another room when the exception of Egypt was explained. I would think that virtually every ME country is exposed to the same problem as Egypt. Pakistan immediately comes to mind. I suppose our oil interests in the region supercedes the simple "for or against" approach. I wish that were not so.
