Thanks --- at $1.00 a share what do I have to lose? I will hold on to them and see. I received Netframe's explanation of the offer last week. It made it sound like a "wonderful" deal -- and their explanation was that .... they tried to sell and this was the only offer -- so, it must be worth only $1.00 per share.
