Since it is clean, and the main killer is the blast or pressure from it, It should be an excellent weapon against troops in a rugged mountain area.

I am for maximizing the enemies casualties and minimizing ours. My big fear in Afghanistan is that by the time we get in there, there will be no one we want to get, plus the mines that are there, and the really serious logistic problem.
