The indexes are the most oversold they've been since the market crashed in 1987. Sometimes though, an index/stock will get massively oversold, rally and then make a lower low a week, month or more later. Hard to call bottoms. Depends on fundamentals and psychology and who can predict either of those at the moment? TA
