two points:1) I also have been following Yardeni for some time. Even if you plug in a drop in earnings of %10 we are still about 15% undervalued. However, we got 40-45% overvalued using this model so we could go lower for sure. It is certain we are closer to the bottom and I am going to start legging in. 2) After following this thread for several years, it would appear that its title has become much more relevant. I've been waiting. Karl Wenner
