I stand by the remarks you mention. Rambi, to my knowledge, is a fine person and has a fine family. She is also, as far as I have observed, an AA corporate wife. As such we have strongly differing views on AA. Mine is that they (and other major airlines) are among the most inept and consumer unfriendly businesses in the world. We're in the travel business too. Hurts a little when the airlines insist you grab your ankles and then up the ante by going through your pockets at the same time. Pardon me for whimpering. And let me just say I admire you for being this thread's Princess of Peace this morning.
