Good morning Paul, well I like that one article that mentions how we're boxing with a ghost, there's no parallel to this event, no historical comparison as much as people try to put one on it, uncertainty rules.
We are in recession and earnings are getting worse, so it has to get priced in.
Valuations need to come in line with earnings, IMO.
I can only think of two things that could make us go higher at this point:
1. Been Laden is captured or killed - which could bring many things back closer to normal, IMO.
2. We crasho, wash-out good - so valuations are even better.
The charts look horrible, like the big one is coming, the slide down is fast and steep.
I thought we could turn after Wednesday's downdraft, but the world's markets just kept on selling, and so did we.
I'm wondering what people are thinking about their holdings this weekend, will they dump on Monday??
We'll have to see what Monday brings.
IMO, if there was ever a time to play caboose, this is it.
