Both companies have positive points as well as some negatives. I do not currently own or short either and I do not look to do so in the near future. I am watching them however. The FPD display business is tough. The competition is strong and the obstacles to success are high. Three Five Systems is another company in this business. They package LCD's very well. They built a plant that is close to state of the art but to date it hasn't helped their performance due to lower yields than they expected. I am hopeful that all of these companies gain momentum but I am not invested in any right now
