ajtj99: The GWB team contains some of the best people to have engaged in this kind of conflict. One of the first things they did was to lower expectations. Even if one is confident, expectations must be lowered because the unexpected does and will happen. On the military side, I suspect they will wait until they have all their infrastructure and manpower in place before doing anything. As they have said, this will be an unconventional war and I like that idea very much. Can't say much for the plan because nobody knows of it. And I like that as well even though the institutional money managers seem afraid of something unconventional and unknown. They have the Vietnam vision. Market has priced in a long, drawn out and draining affair. Well, I have confidence that this team will come up with a plan and execute it. And I think the first thing they want to provide is a clean victory of sorts in the first engagement to lift the morale of the military and the public.
