What is said in PM is private, and obviously meant to remain so. I don't wish to hear about anything sent in PM mode. PM's are usually personal (at least judging from my own experience). As for sharing your views, I am sure you could share them without mentioning her personally or her children. It was your use of her family and family life that provoked my comment. If you think you had to personalize your remarks about the airline industry in order to make a point, I disagree with you. It wasn't even necessary to share them with Rambi, who I am sure already has heard such points before. To choose her to "share" with seems designed to wound. That is the only reason I mentioned it. Had you made a general criticism, addressed perhaps to yourself, of the airlines or their bailout package I would not have posted to you.
