(VPI) (OTC BB: "VDOP" chart, msgs) announced today that it will present interactive television (iTV) applications featuring the DVB-MHP (Digital Video Broadcast -- Multimedia Home Platform) standard with several of the Company's Application Partners, including Sun, Alticast, AGENCY, Zapex, and Strategy & Technology at the International Broadcasters Convention (IBC) being held here this week (September 14-18). VPI will also provide enabling technology for Video on Demand (VOD) demonstrations by SGI, Thirdspace, Mindport, Kasenna and others. IBC is the world's premier broadcast technology event covering all key areas of the electronic media business including audio, cable, film, multimedia, production, post production, and satellite transmission.
