There are statues of limitations, aren't there?

Probably not for murder especially of the mass type.

If Grasso breaks the Law, Grasso should be brought to trial and answer for his actions as should eveyone.

When there are two or more standards, trust is destroyed and anything is fair game.

These are the "guidelines" the terrorits are operating under.
