George. Which scenario plays out

depends mostly upon when the big counter strike occurs. If it comes in the next few days, we'll get a huge rally.

BUT the most recent, and unconfirmed news I've heard this afternoon on FOX is that the Saudi's have denied us permission to use the key base that we need we need to launch the strikes within the next few days. The brief report continued that because of that the massive counter offensive may be delayed for "several weeks" as we will have to relocate large forces to other bases that aren't as prepared or as logistically attractive for our needs .

Now, granted, that might be a red herring our gov is planting in the press to get the Afghans complacent enough to come out of those mountain caves so we can pound the crap out of em.

However if the report IS true and the Saudi don't let us use that base for strikes? Next week will definitely be meltdown city IMO !

We'll just have to wait and see.
