Yes, I agree. If you personally murdered someone, I would think you should be tried once for that, not twice or three times.

I am not sure about trying anyone for anything in the Hague on complaints of private citizens, especially where national leaders are involved. If this stands against Sharon, I don't think a trial of George H.W. Bush, Colin Powell, and Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf can be far behind regarding Iraqi grievances (justified or not) as to their conduct.
