financials at: freeedgar.com Pinks. 8K's and 10K's are audited, 10Q's are not. Pink despite making all filings on time. SEC rules prohibit company from stating why. Obviously some question on filings that company has been unable to clear up. OS is 581M or under. I think it is 547M, but until next 10Q assume 581M. Float is believed to be 101M, 35.2M of which are disputed. (Company cancelled them but former consultant has not returned the certificates). COO has personally invested $2.5M and they showed an operating profit in Q2. Net loss after interest and other non-operating expenses. Raging BS board is a zoo, but Webkid, ThisGunsForHire, LizDrucker, Sepod and several others have also done and posted great DD there.
