Robert - Remember this quote from April 9: "QUIDEL officials said that the ultimate outcome of the lawsuit is not expected to have any material effect on the Company." Either they seriously underestimated BD's position or $1.9M per year is going to be a drop in the bucket. Here's hoping it's the latter. Rich
