I agree with Kastel about the word "coward." Someone who attacks unarmed, unsuspecting people, especially women and children, is never considered courageous. Reductio ad absurdum, would we call someone who launched a suicide attack on a kindergarten "courageous"? And the opposite of courage is cowardice.
