I just checked in and came across these bizarre posts of Michael M's. "Insensitive" doesn't come near to describing his behavior, seeking her out at a time like this to vent his frustration with the airlines. It is particularly strange that posts in which penni didn't mention him he's offering as some sort of justification. You didn't go on too long. I'm so sorry that penni had to experience this extra stress at a time like this. It's so gratuitous, and has the feeling of somebody so avid to grind an ax that he's lost touch with what's decent and appropriate. EDIT: His words: FWIW, although I have long known Rambi to be an AA wife, I would have never sought her out to vent my anger and frustration with the airlines. She, however, put the airline subject on the table and part of her message struck a nerve with me. Message 16346742 I then sent a PM which certainly had harsh words for the airline industry but did not attack her personally. My use of the word "you" was intended corporately, not personally and I regret this but not the underlying sentiments.
