Kevin:

When I review the company financials, this is what catches my eye! Grrrrrrr. I hate when companies do things like this!!!

"Stock Options

On April 29, 1997, the Company announced that it granted incentive stock options to certain directors and employees of the Company, granting them in the aggregate the right to purchase a total of 400,000 options of the Company at a price of US$1.30 per share for a period of five years.

In addition, the Company is repricing 373,500 previously granted and unexercised options at US$1.30 per share."
