<<< we are a land of the law. >>> This is true and applies to normal society (including its criminals).However Osama and his organization are not "normal" criminals. When u put a "normal" murderer in jail u dont have terrorist attacks,hostages taken,to release him. When/if u put Osama in jail u know what will happen....we have seen it in Israel,right?and this organization is much worst. U catch him,keep it quiet,interogate and shoot him quietly,he died in battle.
