Tears of Allah! One of the stranger chemical warfare strategies ever proposed! Would work though...with repeated doses Can't remember if I posted that New Scientist interview here--think I did & nobody responded. Can you imagine someday using biowarfare simply by dispersing genetically engineered peptides that either make a nation go nuts--like some version of mad cow disease--or else turn them into lethargic sloths?
