rydad... It would be my preference to sell those puts...rather than buy the call Leaps. However that's just the way I look at things. The thing you need to REMEMBER tho is that if you do any of this as a marginable situation, that amount -- the 7500 stays on the books all that time...In other words -- your brokerage house will make sure you have that covered at all times. If you are in cash and you don't think there is any better use of that block of money then it's probably fine...other thoughts??? Good Luck
