I just got home from a weekend with my husband's family. We flew there. It was a nerve-wracking proposition to fly just ten days after the attack, but there were bomb-sniffing dogs as we parked in the airport parking lot, very tight security checks at check-in, and both an Air Marshal and armed FBI agent on the flights.

This country needs airlines, needs to be able to go about our business, visit our friends and families, travel to the funerals of almost 7000 people.

Your repeated personalizing about the airlines and targeting of Rambi, whose family is shaken and mourning, while you do this is ii really bad taste. Really bad taste.

I'd appreciate it if you'd remember that all Americans are suffering, and lay off.
