One of the central questions the FBI has been struggling with is why the groups have stayed in the United States.

What ?????? The central question should be WHAT THE HELL ARE THEY DOING HERE ? the central question should be WHAT LAW ALLOWS THEM TO BE HERE WHEN THEIR STATED GOAL IS OUR DESTRUCTION
When I came here legally from Canada 30 years ago the immigration officer warned me that if I stepped out of line or did anything wrong I would be sent packing. What has changed in those years ?
