wanna, A lot of what you call intel success exists in a marketing shadow and more and more people are discovering just hod good the AThlon is. As for server wins, that take a year or more of qualification and sa the server makers start to see AMD servers made by white boxers take their share and work very well this there will be pressure to do the same type of machine. This is to allow them to keep the client instead of losing them to an AMD house, they can offer AMD in a server as well. Watch for those to start to appear this year or next. Next year will make lot of difference, If the Intel 64 gets 'hammered', then more share erosion will occur. Bill
