...if Ashcroft would shut up - stop whining about needing to flush the Bill of Rights to do his job ~ Congress could ask him (and Rummy) : (1) Where the hell was our intelligence; and, (2) Where the hell was our defense ?
But I guess so long as Ashcroft and Rumsfeld stay on the offensive, cloak themselves in: "we can't discuss National Security because of National Security" (?) then the conversation will be theirs, and not ours.

I would suggest, as others have ~ that we bomb Afghanistan with clothing, food and colour tee-vee's (tuned to CNN & Disney) but ~ I know that I am in the minority, believing that the best defense of Capitalism... is Capitalism itself (^_^)
