There has only been one significant 144 filed in recent memory. Timothy McGuire, an old ex-employee (I believe on the administrative side) filed to sell 100k shares. He also filed to sell other shares. As hcm pointed out, Smith Barney were selling the 100k block. And this was the reason NUKO dropped from the $3s into the $2s, SB sitting on the ask for long periods of time. And now that the selling is over, along with margin sells, NUKO is beginning to trade up again. No real insiders, current management and BOD, are selling.
