Yes he is. He uses Hitler's supposedly being pro-"animal rights", and pro-environmental, as a put down to today's animal rights activists and pro environmental groups. Ron also uses a supposed link between Margaret Sanger and Hitler, to mean that Planned Parenthood is an evil, nazi organization.
This type of logic and argument is false, phoney and self serving.
The fact that Ted Bundy might've loved animals, or that Jeffery Dahmer might have loved children, or that Michael Frederick Griffin might've seemed to love children, or Hitler might've loved wolves, does not change the evil that they did.
