That says little. Maybe Ridge will have something to say.

Ridge's task is to mandate getting the word out on

1) Methods of preparation, like WWII Civil Defense, with block captains in every neighborhood who have a job to do, actually know what they're talking about, and don't fall prey to the lazy spouting of useless aggressive blather

2) Communicate potential times, places and methods, instead of the current paralyzed city managers in Boston, who actually said "Let's not tell anyone" about possible attack, when informed by Ashcroft
