Despite the bad feelings in the past between White and Salmasi is there a chance for an alliance between LWIN and Nextwave? Do these two business plans mix at all? Maybe as a way for Leap to get some more value from its licenses without having to sell the extra capacity? At any rate, if Nextwave has the cash, and Leap has sufficient coverage along with Nextwaves DEF maybe together they can cooperate and achieve their individual goals as well as benefit from complementing each other.
