Saw that - too bad it won't diagnose whatever is blocking my PC's from seeing one another, nor will Dell Help that came with the PC.

I am starting to think that short of getting a certified tech sitting in front of my PC, I am not going to find a solution. Everything is checked off and set up the way Microsoft says it needs to be.

It just doesn't work.
