Yes, Momentum is well regarded from what I hear still...just a question of general maliase and the cyclical nature of semi-eq business. As long as the manage their cash burn rate, and we some daylight by 2H '02, IMHO things will turn around.

"I think UTEK is a better buy as they have earnings..."

I don't think UTEK offers as much growth/marketshare potential, let alone customer base as SFAM in IMHO. But things are hard to predict over the short term, regardless.
