About MCLS, any munch would likely be a "t-o-p" deal. As in Take Over Payments. You are friendly to it and I like it for you because it made you some scratch early this year. But no other trickle has had to rush into layoffs like they. Why?

These are good times to upgrade portfolio quality, but not imo with mcls.
