Right!..I'm doing this (AGAIN) for my kids. I know I'll feel so f*cking selfish if I die young due to my crappy habits and leave them without a Daddy to guide them. I try to imagine that moment when you know it's too late ...and I use that as my motivation to hold the line

I swear the cravings never truly go away. I can get to where I don't think about it and don't crave it, but the desire to fall off never really leaves
